Refund policy

Returns: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Item must be in same condition you received it. 

Returns will be inspected once received and we will proceed with a automatic refund if approved. You will be contacted immediately if items are not approved for a refund. Please give some time for your bank or credit card to process. 

 

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 72 hrs of receiving your products. Please notify us immediately If you need to exchange it for the same item.

 

Sale items:All purchases during sales are final. We cannot offer refunds, please checkout accordingly 

 

Cancelling an Order: If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us within 10 minutes. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or changed.
